Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will play a vital role in the financial services ecosystem, contributing to effective collections and customer management. Your responsibilities will include:
Collections & Relationship Management:
Following up on overdue accounts and negotiating for payments.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and third parties like lawyers and collection agencies.
Monitoring customer repayment trends and analyzing causes of delinquency.
Asset Monitoring:
Tracking the deployment, movement, and utilization of assets.
Implementing repossession processes when required.
Compliance & Data Integrity:
Ensuring accuracy in uploading trails, visit reports, and maintaining customer logs.
Strictly adhering to compliance and organizational standards.
Administrative Support:
Updating payment details in the VFS system and maintaining regular communication with collection agencies.
Resolving customer disputes promptly and effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, you should possess the following:
Educational Qualifications:
A fresh graduate, preferably with a degree in BCom or BBA.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language of the state. Additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel and maintain a high level of field connections.
Ability to work in a process-driven
organization.
Additional Requirements:
A two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license is mandatory.
